Virginia started writing Visionary from the Stars when she became home schooled once she reached the seventh grade. After graduating at the age of sixteen she also started writing The Alien Mind. By the time she turned 20 both of her books were published under her maiden name, Virginia Jennings.
Last year she self published, on her own, the second edition of The Alien Mind complete with illustrations. This year, PDMI Publishing offered her a contract for the release of the second edition of Visionary From The Stars. She has other novels swirling around in her mind preparing themselves for the keyboard. Plus she is working on illustrations for a few childrens books too!
However, she doesn't do all this inside a vacuum. Virginia is the admin for a large group on facebook called ‘Where Writers and Authors Meet’ in which she strives to support and inspire other writers in their goals to write, publish, and promote their own books. She loves asking questions, researching, and helping others out!

In this day and age, with the accessibility of self publishing and print on demand technology it is very easy to feel like you are in direct competition with other writers for the audiences attention.
