When and where is the conference?

The Promo Day event takes place right here at www.PromoDay.info in the event forums on Saturday 30th May. You just need to register for access.

Is it really free?

Yes it is. Promo Day is completely free to attend and open to everyone.

How do I register for the event?

Just click on "Register Now" in the navigation bar above and fill out your log in details.

If I've registered for past events, do I need to register again this year?

No. Your log in details have been saved on the system and can be used again. 

What if I've forgotten my password?

As long as you know the email address you used you can still log in without re-registering. Just click "forgot password" and you'll get sent it in an email.

Can I invite others to the event?

I'd love you to invite others to the event. The more the merrier! 

How can I become an event sponsor?

Just hop on over the the sponsorship page and select the type of sponsorship package you'd like. Payment can be made via Paypal. Once payment is made you just need to email me with your materials.

What is PROMO DAY?

PROMO DAY is a FREE online international event for people in the writing industry. A whole day dedicated to promoting, networking and learning.

As Promo Day is an entirely virtual event there are no travel or accommodation expenses and people from all over the world can take part. Virtual attendees can ask questions during the workshops in the forum, promote their writing and network with other attendees and presenters all from the comfort of their own computer.

This year there are two sponsorship opportunities available; Official Sponsor and Bookstore Sponsor. Full details of what is included, pricing etc... can be found under 'Sponsorship Opportunities' on the PROMO DAY website.

How do I register?

Just go to the Promo day website www.PromoDay.info and click on the button 'Register for free entry'. You then just fill out your details on the registration form to create your profile.

Who can take part in PROMO DAY?

What features are available on site?
The site is packed full of opportunities for authors to promote their books. They can post a video trailer and writing sample and promote in the on site PROMO chatroom.

The sample page is also great for writers to show off their skills and maybe get a book deal or a paid writing assignment.

The useful links page is full great sites with information and resources for people in the writing industry.

The downloads page will be packed full of files containing useful information, tips and advice on a variety of subjects. These will be available for FREE download during the event.

A new feature for this year is the Radio and Podcasts page which features some great shows for writers.

Another fantastic new feature is the FREE on site workshops taking place during the event. They are presented by guest hosts who are experts from the industry and cover a variety of topics. This is a great way to learn more about the industry.

There is also an on site bookstore where people can purchase books written by the events, sponsor, workshops hosts and moderators.

The event takes place in CET time. How can I check the workshop times listed with other international times?
Simple, just go to the time difference page of the website and insert your time zone into the converter.
